Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, Royale Noir will be pleased to accept items for return or exchange that fall under the company’s requirements. If you have any questions and need further assistance, feel free to contact us at Info@RoyaleNoir.com
Please read the following requirements for returns and exchanges. If you just need to know how to handle your return, please skip to the next section.
Our Return Policy
1. Royale Noir will only accept requests for returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Any request that is made more than 14 calendar days past the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner may be returned for a refund or exchange Within 14 Calendar days.( *Please be aware that if returning an order in full, the sample with purchase must be returned as well otherwise a deduction of 100 EGP will be taken from refund)
3. Products must be returned with the original box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice. Please note that Royale Noir is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. (For 2. Only)
4. All other returns and exchanges must be within 3 Calendar days of the original purchase date.
5. Products Must Be Returned in their original condition, not excessively used, Broken or damaged and with its original packaging intact for its safety in returning process.
6. Products damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for refund or exchange. Please inspect product upon receipt and contact us immediately to file a report and provide feedback. Royale Noir will then make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether the claimed defective item is eligible for return based on the information you provide us.
7. Only products purchased at Royalenoir.com are eligible for returns. Refunds will only be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. For orders placed using a voucher, a new voucher will be mailed with the same expiration date as the original, assuming it has not expired.
8. Samples Products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
9. Slight leakage or minor imperfections may occur due to temperature fluctuations or handling. These are not always considered valid reasons for a return.
10. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item received is damaged or faulty.
11. We reserve the right to evaluate each case and determine whether a return or exchange is applicable.
12. Sale, special orders, engraved or any personalized items are not eligible for returns.

FAULTY GOODS
Any items delivered to you which are received broken or faulty will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact the online customer service by emailing us at Info@royalenoir.com and we will assist you in the process including a courtesy return label for you to ship item back.
How to Make Your Return Orders
Please read all requirements stated regarding returns and exchanges.
Contact us on email at Info@Royalenoir.com or via live chat to initiate the return process. You will need to provide us with photos of the package and once we approve that, we will provide you with a return label.
Kindly pack the items carefully back into the original packaging (including outer delivery box) with sufficient packing material to prevent breakage.
Once return has been done, please contact us on email Info@Royalenoir.com or via live chat with your name, order number, reason for return, and tracking of return shipment.
Once item is received at our warehouse and passes Quality Control review, a refund will be issued to the person and account that made the original purchase. Please allow 4-8 business days for it to reflect into your account.
