Shipping policy
At Royale Noir, we nurture a strong affection for our clients. That is why, we work continuously to improve our delivery process to ensure you start enjoying our products as soon as possible.
We are always looking at ways to improve our service, including extending our geographical coverage. If your country is not yet part of our list, please sign-up to our newsletter receive future updates.
ORDER STATUS
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order confirmation number, the details of your purchase and additional key information.
Our staff will pick and pack the items you ordered and hand the parcel to our partner, DHL, Bosta and Fedex which will ship it to your chosen address. At this point, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.
Please, note that your order status may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has been placed and up to 72 during the weekend. During national and religious holidays, please allow for an additional delay.
Shipments to the United States are handled by either DHL or FedEx. If your shipping confirmation email mentioned FedEx, you can track your order on the FedEx Website by clicking on "Tracking" in the menu and inserting the tracking number received via email.
DELIVERY TIMES
We do offer Standard International Delivery on all orders shipped from Egypt and Standard Ground Delivery on orders shipped from the United States.
Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and commence from the date of shipping. Delivery times shown below are estimated; actual delivery times will depend on the shipping address and might be delayed by local customs' control procedures.

Due to international regulations on the shipment of dangerous goods, we are currently unable to ship to Spain, China, Chile, Brazil and Qatar.
